With the following information, we can provide fast-turnaround terms and offers:

• A proposal outlining the funding required and the loan’s purpose, term, and security
• A valuation for the property (and/or Sale & Purchase Agreement, if applicable)
• A signed asset and liability statement and background for the Guarantor
• Development Budget and Feasibility (if applicable)
• Any consents obtained for the development of the property.

How fees work:

• Broker fees will be added to the loan and paid directly to you on first drawdown of the loan.
